GERMAN SERVANTS TO BE RECALLED

GIRLS TO RETURN TO REICH FROM HOLLAND (Received December 16, 12.10 a.m.) LONDON, December 15. The recall may also be partly because of the unsatisfactory relations between Germany and Holland.
