SYDNEY NEWSPAPER FIRM’S PROFIT
(Received November 24, 11.55 p.m.) SYDNEY, November 24. Associated. Newspapers Limited (Sydney) reports that the net profit for the year from The Sun and other publications amounted to £242,000, which is slightly more than last year in spite of higher operating costs. A final dividend of 3 per cent., making 7 per cent, for the year, will be paid shortly.
