Wharf Facilities at Bluff
The new capstans and bollards which have been installed on the wharf at Bluff are working well, according to a report made last evening at the monthly meeting of the Bluff Harbour Board. They were giving every satisfaction, it was stated, and made an important addition to the wharf facilities.
