CENTENARY MASS TO BE BROADCAST
OLDEST CATHOLIC CHURCH IN AUSTRALIA (Received October 28, 9.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, October 28 ; The New Zealand Trade Commissioner has been advised that the Australian Broadcasting Commission next Sunday will relay over the national network the centenary celebration of Mass at 11 a.m. (Eastern standard time) at St. John’s, which is the oldest Catholic church in Australia, situated at Richmond (Tasmania). . The celebrant will be Father E. P. Hanlon, whose relations reside in New Zealand, and the preacher will be the Archbishop of Hobart.
