THURSDAY (Before Mr R. C. Abernethy, S.M.) Judgment was given for plaintiffs in the following undefended civil cases:— Tait and Tait v. Harold S. Myers (Dunedin) £1 0/3, costs 10/-; Stanley William Jones v. R. Fraser, £5 7/6, costs £1 12/6; Pasco and Coy v. C- P. Rees (Homer Tunnel), £7 6/1, costs £1 12/6; Tappers Ltd. v. T. W. Cowie (Arrowtown), £lB 11/1, costs £2 14/-; R. J. Ingles v. E. A. Mcßae, £l6, costs £2 14/-. R. J. Ingles (Mr N. L. Watson) claimed from J. C. Milne (Mr T. V. Mahoney) the sum of £34 10/- for damage to a rental car. The Magistrate reserved his decision.
