Attendance Affected By Rain ROUSSEAU WINS CHIEF RACE (United Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, October 24. Rain affected the attendance at the North Canterbury Racing Club’s annual meeting at Rangiora, but the weather cleared after four races. The track was soft.
