BRITISH SCHEME CONTINUED (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, October 21. From November 14 till the middle of April the Unemployment Assistance Board, in conformity with the policy inaugurated last winter, will pay additional winter allowances to those unemployed who, on review of their cases, are found to need them—particularly those applicants living in households where the resources consist mainly of unemployment allowances.
