WORKERS FOR SPECIAL TASKS (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright) (Received June 24, 8.40 p.m.) BERLIN, June 24. The Prime Minister of Prussia (Field-Marshal Hermann Goering) has decreed national labour service which is to begin on July 1. Under it every able-bodied man and woman will be obliged to work at a special post allotted for a limited period, or prepare for a particular profession, the object being to provide labour for tasks regarded as urgently important to the State.
