NIGHTCAPS
BAND CONCERT The Nightcaps Silver Band gave a sacred concert in the Coronation Hall before a good attendance. Enjoyable items were presented, a silver coin collection being taken up. Mr P. Grant acted as chairman and the following were the items:—“Victoria March,” band; hymn, “Old Earth,” band; song, Mrs S. McLeod; quartette, Mrs J. Sinclair, Mrs P. Grant, Mr J. Grant and Mr P. Grant; "Invercargill March,” band; hymn, “Deep Harmony,” band; song, Mrs J. Sinclair; mouthorgan solo, Mr W. Robertson (recalled); song, Mr A. McKenzie (recalled); instrumental duet, Messrs J. Currie and F. Tickey (recalled); hymn, “Gracious,” band.
