REPORTS. FROM COUNTRY DISTRICTS The following additional reports of the biennial meetings of householders to elect primary school committees throughout Southland have been received:— CLIFDEN. — Three householders were present and Mr J. Mair presided. The roll number for the school is 35. The annual statement showed a credit balance of £6B 16/5. The following were elected a committee for the ensuing year:—Messrs J. Mair (chairman), F. Bates (secretary), J. Lawrence, G. Findlay and J. Simpson. TISBURY.— Five householders were present and Mr T. L. Gilson presided. The roll number for the school is 100, and the average attendance for the year was 100.5. The annual statement showed a credit balance of £39 6/8. The following were elected a committee for the ensuing year:—Messrs T. F. Gilson (chairman), P. Johnston (secretary), C. Purdue, E. W. Lawrence and T. Mclntosh. .
