“STAY-IN” STRIKE IN OPERA HOUSE
POLISH PLAYERS DEMAND WAGES (Received February 24, 7.40 p.m.) LONDON, February 24. The Warsaw correspondent of The Daily Telegraph says that 400 artists, ballet girls and others took possession of the Warsaw Opera House and embarked on a “stay-in” strike until next Saturday because their wages are allegedly £5OOO in arrears.
