HARMON AWARD FOR 1937 (Received February 18, 6.30 p.m.) CANNES, February 17. The Clifford Harmon International Air Trophy for 1937 has been awarded to Miss Jean Batten and Richard Merrill, the American who flew the Atlantic twice.
