TODAY’S RECIPE
COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD DRESSING 1 egg yolk. 1 cup cottage cheese. i cup salad oil. 1 teaspoon mustard. i teaspoon salt. 2 tablespoons vinegar. Paprika.
Add the beaten egg to the cottage cheese and beat well. Add the salad oil and gradually the remaining ingredients. Beat thoroughly. N.B.—A smoother dressing can be made from cottage cheese, which is made with fresh milk than that made from sour milk. SARAH. WJWMWMVMWAWM
