ATTEMPTED MURDER ALLEGED
ACCUSED REMANDED UNTIL JANUARY 20 (United Press Association) DUNEDIN, January 12. , In the Magistrate’s Court Wilfredj Richard John Curry was charged with the attempted murder of a young woman at Saddle Hill on November 29. Medical evidence was given that the woman was operated on and a piece of lead, apparently a bullet from a cartridge of about .32 calibre, was removed from her left arm. Curry was remanded until January 20.
