RUSSIAN RELATIONS WITH RUMANIA
DIPLOMAT SEEKS RECALL TO MOSCOW BUCHAREST, January 11. The Soviet Minister at Bucharest (M. Michel Ostrovski) has petitioned for his recall, declaring that his presence is meaningless because of the policy of Dr Octavian Goga, the new Prime Minister. M. Ostrovski declares that RussoRumanian relations have become worse since the fall of M. Nicolai Titulescu, the pro-French Foreign Minister of Rumania, in 1936.
