NEW SOUTH WALES FRUIT
GROWERS SEEK DOMINION MARKET (Received December 21, 10 p.m.) SYDNEY, December 21. At a meeting of the Board of the Fruit Growers’ Federation it was reported that during November 32,000 cases of Valencia oranges from New South Wales and 17,000 cases from Victoria were exported to New Zealand. In view of the visit of the Minister of Customs (Mr T. W. White) to the Dominion it was decided to request him to make representations to the Dominion Government to secure for growers in New South Wales the right to export fresh fruit to New Zealand.
