MASS PRODUCTION IN GERMANY STATE TO COMPETE WITH PRIVATE INDUSTRY (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright) (Received December 8, 8.40 p.m.) LONDON, December 8. The Berlin correspondent of the News Chronicle supplies particulars of a new four-seater “people’s motorcar.” Herr Hitler has ordered mass production to begin. The price will be £56, and the car will be produced by the State in competition with private industry.
