LONDON, December 7. The Marchioness of Titchfield, denying reports linking the name of her daughter, Lady Anne CavendishBentinck with that of Prince Charles of Belgium, brother of King Leopold, said: “The Prince is not visiting Welbeck Abbey. I have never seen him in my life.” The Duke of Portland’s solicitors have sent a letter to The Times giving “a complete and unqualified denial to every suggestion in certain newspapers about the visit of the King of the Belgians to Welbeck Abbey.” It is stated that Queen Elizabeth of Belgium and King Leopold, who are on a private visit to th.
