The Berlin correspondent of The Times says that General Hermann Goering, who is in charge of the FourYear Plan of national economy,- has ordered employers to pay full wages for three days’ holidays at Christmas and also at New Year, on Easter Monday and Whit Monday. General Goering declares that the four-year plan demands increased efforts on behalf of all employees, who are unable to be paid higher.
