DUKE CONTRIBUTES TO NAZI RELIEF FUND
DEEPLY IMPRESSED BY SOCIAL SERVICES (Received October 31, 6.30 p.m.) BERLIN, October 30 The Duke of Windsor has contributed an unrevealed amount to the German winter relief fund. It was disclosed in a letter thanking the leader of the Labour Front (Dr Robert Ley) for organizing his visit to Germany. “The Duchess and I were deeply impressed by what Germany is doing for her working population,” said the Duke.
