OBITUARY
THE REV. DONALD McIVOR (United Press Association) HAMILTON, September 17. The death occurred in Hamilton last night of the Rev. Donald Mclvor, of Raglan, aged 84 years. He was born in the Hebrides Islands (Scotland) and came to New Zealand as a young child. Mr Mclvor was ordained as a minister of the Presbyterian Church in 1903 and his first charge was Herbert (Otago). After some years he was transferred to Waverley and in 1922 he took over the charge at Marton, a position he retained until failing health necessitated his retiring from service two years ago. He went to live with a daughter at Raglan. Deceased is survived by his widow, one son and three daughters.
