BUS MEN’S AGREEMENT SIGNED
48-HOUR WEEK ACCEPTED LONDON, June 15. Mounted and foot police guarded Transport House when the executive of the Transport Workers’ Union accepted the new agreement on London bus men’s pay and conditions. The agreement applies a 48-hour week.
The recent abortive strike was for a 7|-hour day.
