CASE AGAINST J. W. S. McARTHUR
DECISION RESERVED (United Press Association) WELLINGTON, June. 15. Tlte hearing was ended today in the Supreme Court of the action brought by the Public Trustee as liquidator of the Investment Executive Trust of New Zealand, Limited, against J. W. S. McArthur. , The Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers) reserved his decision.
