POLITICAL QUESTION IN N.S.W.
SYDNEY, May 24.
The Rev. Edmund O’Donnell, secretary to the Catholic Archbishop of Sydney (Dr Michael Kelly), in supporting an appeal which was read in 120 churches in Sydney and suburbs yesterday asking parishioners to join the Catholic Taxpayers’ Association of Australia, said that a demand for State assistance to Roman Catholic schools would be an important question at the next state election.
