NEW CONDITIONS OF PROBATION (United Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 22. Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., today made an order admitting to probation for three months two youthful motorcyclists who were charged with dangerous riding on the Hutt road, with the special condition that they report to the probation officer once a week for four consecutive weeks, at such hour and date as may be fixed by him, for the purpose of being taught road courtesy and generally how to drive, having regard to the safety of the public, by such officer as might be appointed by the Wellington City Council or by the Transport Department. He warned the defendants that a breach of the conditions of probation would render them liable to three months’ imprisonment with hard labour.
