BENGALI’S CHALLENGE SUIT FILED IN HIGH COURT (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright) (Received April 20, 10.30 p.m.) CALCUTTA, April 19. A political sensation was created when the. new Constitution was challenged by Mr T. C. Goswami, a member of the Legislative Assembly, who has filed a suit in the High Court declaring that Azizul Haque was invalidly elected Speaker of the Bengal Assembly, on the grounds that the Governor (Sir John Anderson) was acting ultra vires.
