CHANGE IN TRAFFIC CONTROL (British Official Wireless) (Received April 5, 11.55 p.m.) RUGBY, April 4. The control of traffic at Piccadilly Circus, the busiest and most complicated street intersection in the west end of London is to be transferred from the police to signals actuated from vehicles.
