EXPERT TO MAKE TOUR (Received March 7, 6;30 p.m.) LONDON, March 6. For the purpose of enabling the Imperial Forestry Institute effectively to co-ordinate the knowledge of Empire forestry brought by visiting experts, Dr L. Chald, a senior member of the institute’s staff, is undertaking a tour of seven months of the Empire and the United States.
