KNOWLEDGE SHOULD BE PUBLIC
YOUNG GIRL’S SEXUAL PRECOCITY (United Press Association) WESTPORT, March 4. The desirability of responsible citizens having some knowledge of the facts of a case involving sexual precocity on the part of a young girl, in order to prevent the increase of any tendency in this direction, was stressed by his Honour, Mr Justice Northcroft in the Supreme Court today whin directing the grand jury in charges against two young men involving offences against two young girls. He declined the request from the parents and guardians of the girls concerned to clear the public from the Court, stating that, in his opinion, the public should know all about these transactions. These matters should be brought into the open and dealt with.
