The new cruiser Aurora was launched in Portsmouth Dockyard recently by Lady Fisher, wife of the Commander-in-Chief. The Aurora is of the Arethusa class provided for in the 1934 programme, and is the eighth, ship of her name to serve in the Royal Navy.
