SHARING OF SECRETS (United Press Assn. —Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7.50 p.m.) Washington, Sept, 17. The Senate Munitions Investigating Committee has issued a report of secret testimony, taken months ago, indicating that the huge firm of du Pont de Nemours holds an active financial interest in the rearming of Nazi Germany. It is revealed that the company owned 7.98 per cent, of the holding of Dynamit Action Gesbachft, a German munitions firm, and had an agreement with it to share trade secrets and divide world markets.
Evidence was also published indicating that the du Fonts did considerable business in small arms in Holland before Herr Hitler’s repudiation of disarmament, and much of this was smuggled into Germany for equipping the Nazi Storm Troops.
