DEVICE TO ELIMINATE SEASICKNESS
CHECK TO ROLLING AND PITCHING. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) London, September 17. A device named the Denny-Brown stabilizer, claimed to reduce shipboard rolling and pitching and to eliminate seasickness, has been demonstrated. It consists of fins fitted to each side of the ship and controlled by a gyroscope. It is stated that there is no reason why it should not be fitted to ships of any type or size.
