MURDERER OF TRAIN DRIVER. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Sydney, September 16. Cabinet commuted to life imprisonment the death sentence passed on Francis Henry Maudlin for murdering a former train driver, Charles Dawson, whose body was found on May 6 hidden in a disused well close to Lake lllawarra, on the south coast.
