WHEAT SHORTAGE IN U.S.A.
42,000.000 Bushels Required
(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 9.35 p.m.) New York, Sept. 16. It is reported that the estimates of the Department of Agriculture and Commerce indicate that the nation must import about 42,000,000 bushels of wheat, which is four times more than in any year before 1934.
