Franco-Soviet Pact
(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Paris, September 16. A report that Herr Hitler had told the French Minister of Commerce (Dr Paul Bastid), who is visiting. Berlin, that Germany was willing to limit her army if France terminated her pact of mutual assistance with the Soviet is officially denied.
