WOMAN GAINS DAMAGES
DEATH OF HUSBAND IN COLLISION. (United Press Association.) Wellington, May 21. Judgment by consent for £750 was entered in the Supreme Court in a claim for £2OOO for damages by Helen Mildenhall, of Lower Hutt, for the death of her husband, who was fatally injured in a collision between a car in which he was travelling and a taxi driven by Owen Lester Sievers Jarrett, and owned by Gwendoline Hoare.
