CHILDREN’S CONCERT
WALLACETOWN SUNDAY SCHOOL. A concert in aid of Sunday School and Young Worshipper League prize fund, was staged in the Wallacetown Hall on December 6. The following programme was presented.—Song, Sunday School pupils; pianoforte solo, Thelma Taylor; recitation, Archie Gilchrist; song, Betty Fraser, Reta McKenzie, Margaret Gray, Noelene McNatty, Phyllis McCall; song, Elsie McDowall; dialogue, Flora Fraser, Daphne McAhan; recitation, Ewing Stevens; pianoforte solo, Daphne McAhan; dialogue, Flora Fraser, Ritchie Cull, Ritchie Kynaston, Ewing Stevens, Allan McCall; song, junior girls; play, Taramoa Sunday School pupils; song, Mrs McAhan; pianoforte solo, Daphne McDowall; recitation, Trixie Cull; recitation, Jim Rhind; dance, Coral and Elsie McDowall; song, Miss M. Cockburn; sketch, June Fraser and Bill McCall; recitation, Reta Blacklar; song, Leslie King; song, senior girls; pianoforte duet, lan McKenzie and Leslie King; recitation, Bill McCall; play, Sylvia Kynaston, Joyce Fraser, Thelma Taylor, lan Gilchrist, Jim Rhind. At the conclusion of the concert the Rev. L. G. B. Whitehead moved a vote of thanks to Misses E. Young and B. Rhind, who were responsible for the trainipg of the children, and Mrs A. C. Gray, who acted as accompaniste.
