MANIFESTO TO NATION.

King George has issued a manifesto to the nation. “The separation has been bitter, but I feel no resentment against anybody,” he says. “I will try to draw a curtain over the past. The motto ot my ancestors will be mine: ‘My strength lies in my love of the people.’ ”
