SAN FRANCISCO TO SOURABAYA. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, November 3. The Hague correspondent of The Times says that Mr Plesman, general manager of K.L.M. (Royal Dutch. Airlines), on his return from America announced that he had arranged for K.L.M. to fly a stretch between Manila and Sourabaya, while Americans would fly from Manila to San Francisco. A joint service from San Francisco to Sourabaya would commence this month, though the Dutch section would be inaugurated later.
