GOVERNOR-GENERAL
VISIT TO INVERCARGILL. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, November 4. The Governor-General and Lady Galway and their children will depart from Wellington by the Government steamer Matai to-morrow when the vessel leaves on her periodical cruise to replenish stores at the various lighthouses of the South Island.
During the cruise the Matai will call at Bluff and while the vessel is there their Excellencies will visit Invercargill, where an official welcome is to be accorded them on November 12. Arrangements are also being made for their Excellencies to be formally welcomed at Bluff and Halfmoon Bay. The party will return to Wellington about the end of the month.
