GERMANY’S FIGHTING SERVICES.
TRAINING COLLEGE FOR AIR ARM.
(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, November 1. The Berlin correspondent of. The Times says: Following the creation of a staff college for the combined fighting services and the reopening of the Army War Academy, Herr Hitler, in the presence of General von Blomberg, General von Fritsch, and General Goering, opened the Staff Training College air arm at Gatow. It is a huge complex group of buildings constructed in a year, the aerodrome and training ground covering 1000 acres. General Goering complimented Herr Hitler on his inspired labours. He declared that the prompt erection of the academy symbolized the unshakable will whereby the entire air arm was so speedily created. This will must inspire the academy and guarantee Germany air security, because only a strong sword defended peace.
