HEARING ADJOURNED
CHARGE OF MURDER. (Per United Press Association.) Auckland, November 1. Formal application for an adjournment of the hearing of the charge of murder against Eric Mareo, a musician aged 44, was granted by Mr Justice Fair in the Supreme Court. The charge was adjourned until the next session of the Supreme Court commencing on February 4. Mareo is charged with the murder ol his wife, Thelma Clarice Mareo, who died in the Auckland Hospital on April 15 last.
