The engagement is announced between Vera, only daughter of Mr and Mrs W. C. Gutzewitz, of Roxburgh, and Francis Oscar, eldest son of Mr and Mrs F. O. Lindquist, of Liffey street, Bluff.
The engagement is announced of Minnie Taylor, second youngest daughter of the late Mr and Mi's Thomas Alexander, of Woodlands, to David George, second son of Mr and Mrs J. Holland, of Christchurch.
