NO MIGRATION PLANS
AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 10.10 p.m. Canberra, August 19. It was stated on behalf of the Government to-day that the Commonwealth had no plans for an early resumption of migration owing to the high number of unemployed in Australia. It was also pointed out that the Prime Minister’s references on the subject had been exaggerated in London.
