A miniature reproduction of the Dardanelles campaign from the Turks’ point of view was recently staged in Wales by Manchester Territorials. The terrible dust storms which ravaged the American plains brought grist to the mill of a livestock shipper of Colorado. While the wind was blowing hard he shipped lambs to Kansas, and he found that they had gained in weight by the journey.
