THE ABATTOIRS
RETURNS FOR JULY. The following stock were slaughtered at the city abattoirs during the month of July:-
There were condemned six cows, three heifers and six sheep. The stock slaughtered during the month were good and of fair quality. The dues for July, 1934, were £289 12/7& and for July, 1935, £320 15/7£.
