RIFLE CLUB MATCH WITH WYNDHAM (From Our Correspondent.) With 25 members of the Wyndham Club present on Monday evening the Mataura Miniature Rifle Club spent a very busy evening. An A and B grade inter-club match was fired, as well as the usual trophy shoot. In the former Section, the competition was the third round for the United Trading Company’s Cup, and the local riflemen were successful in securing a good win over the visitors by the margin of 24 points, thus giving them a lead of 19 points with one round to go. In the B grade match, the visitors defeated the local men by 11 points. A five men teams’ shoot was fired in conjunction with the A grade match and this, too, went to the Mataura Club.
