BIBLE CLASS UNION
YOUNG WOMEN’S MEETING.
The annual business meeting of the Southland Young Women’s Baptist Bible Class Union was held in the Rosewood Lounge on Monday evening, there being a good number of active and associate members present. Miss Galbraith (president) presided. An item was given by the Georgetown Bible Class and was greatly appreciated. The secretary’s report was received and adopted, also the treasurer’s statement, which showed a credit balance. The election of officers resulted as follows:—President, Mrs L. R. Marchant; vice-president, Miss Galbraith, Mesdames Lambert, Gardner; Schroeder, Perkins, Dark and H. D. Gordon; secretary, Miss L. Wood; treasurer, Miss D. Schroeder; Gore reporter, Miss Rona Bain; Baptist reporter, Miss L. McCalman; auditor, Mrs H. D. Gordon.
