WOMAN’S INJURIES
KNIFE WOUNDS IN THROAT. POLICE CALLED. (Per United Press Association.) Oamaru, August 12. Yesterday morning the police were called to the residence of Archibald Henderson at Tapui, where they found Mrs Henderson with knife wounds in the throat and a hand injured. The woman alleged that an intruder entered the bedroom about one a.m. on Sunday and inflicted the injuries. The police have found no evidence so far of any intruder. The husband was visiting Christchurch. The injured woman is now in a private hospital, Her injuries are not serious. |
