MISSION TO KOBE
ABYSSINIAN CONSULATE PROPOSED. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 6.30 p.m.) London, August 10. The Daily Mail’s Addis Ababa correspondent'says that an Abyssinian mission headed by Sidji Berrou, a notable Ethiopian, accompanied by Mr Shoji, a Japanese merchant, is going to Kobe to establish an Abyssinian consulate. It is reported they will also endeavour to negotiate for the supply of arms and may even propose some form of military alliance.
